« Last post by JMdoctor on May 07, 2022, 10:30:59 am »Dell XPS15, running current version of Win10. PC Doctor fails with above error code after 50 secs. If I try to troubleshoot a specific piece of hardware, it spends a few minutes thinking and then replies that it cannot refresh the list. All other functions work OK.

i'm desperate , we have about 500 computer to test; as a matter of fact we need to automate tests, but we have a problem, the motherboard owns 2 external com ports and 6 internal com ports (impossible to connect loopback dongle)
The problem is that when hardware tests are in progress it stops because of these internal com ports.
By the pas i was using UXD testing tool and we could ask a test only for COM1 and COM2, but i can't find this with PC DOCTOR
Any idea ?

« Last post by PCD_Christopher on January 11, 2022, 12:45:33 pm »It sounds to me there is a setting or something in your browser or AV that is preventing cookies from being stored. You may need to double check what your AV and browser settings are.
