I am trying to install my pc-doctor 7.9 on a new build I just completed but during installation it gets to the point where it scans for hardware then stops with the message "The device discovery process was unable to finish all diagnostic tests" It has an ok button which when pressed returns to the "detecting hardware" window which seems to be scanning but then never ends. That window remains open and just stays there with nothing progressing.
It works fine on all my other computers though.
What could be causing this?

The first thing that comes to mind is a known issue with previous releases of Service Center reacting to an updated RAID driver in Windows. The issue was found to be created most often by recent versions of the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) drivers.
The issue was resolved and implemented in all current versions of Service Center. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
