Title: Pc Doctor Toolbox has stopped working

Whenever I start the product I get a windows error that states Pc-doctor toolbox has stopped working. It gives me the option to check online for a solution or close the program.Before it pops up I can click on the menus and access the program, but then the error pops up shortly.

 I looked up the FAQ and it says modify your environmental settings but I couldn't find the file it was referring to.
