Title: Modulo20 test - internal error message

Did a PC check using the Dell program (forgot name) on my Dell Inspiron 530 running XP Home SP3. All checked out except received message that Modulo20 test - internal error. Did a Google search and came up with nothing. Anyone can tell me what this is and what the fix is.

The Modulo20 test is used to check your system memory for issues, but the error you are seeing is one that I haven’t run into before. After performing some research, I found that there are a few possible causes of the error you are seeing. If you are willing, I would like to obtain some debug logs from our software.

Please let me know, and I will create a support ticket and provide you with instructions to obtain the logs. I would also ask that you please send me a PM with your email information so that I can send the instructions to you via email.
