Title: pc doctor never finishes

I have a dell D6300 laptop that I try running pc doctor on.  However, it never finishes.  What could be the problem?

If you could please respond with further details of your issue, such as:
   - What is the name of the PC-Doctor product you are having issues with?
     * If possible, please provide the version of the software installed.
     (This can be found in Add/Remove programs or Programs and Features from control panel.)
   - Can you explain what it is that makes you say it never finishes?
     * Does it run several tests and then stop?
     * How long have you left it without any progress?
   - What tests are you trying to run with the software?
   - Does the software close on its own as expected (Cancel, Close, or Quit), or do you have to close it manually (using the task manager)?
     * If you do use task manager, can you provide a list of processes starting with pcdr that are running when you close the program?
   - Is the software giving you an error?
   - How long has this issue been occurring?
   - Do you have any log files to provide? Or perhaps a screenshot?

Any additional information you are able to provide will allow me to better assist you.
