Title: Failed AMD SSE Test
Post by: Zurm on November 25, 2007, 11:17:37 am
My computer had 10 internal errors on the AMD SSE Test.  I'm wondering what exactly does that mean?  All other tests passed all 10 passes.

It's an old Compaq 7000 series machine.

Some of the early AMD processors had an "interesting" implementation of SSE.  This would cause the error you are seeing when running current code.

If your system successfully passes the standard CPU tests, then you may safely disregard the error.
