Title: power saver disable but still doing it

i have put the power option in balanced and click never to turn off display and the computer to sleep to never but,it says that ,power saver enable ,the monitor will shut down in few seconds and the monitor becomes black and says check your pc and signal cable ,but it is also written the monitor is working,i have put the cable again ,but doing the same thing ,

Are there  a solution for fixing it ?

I can't say for certain what your issue is, but there is a possibility that the monitor itself has a power save function. If this is the case then you will have to look through you monitor's settings.

If you still can't find a cause then I would suggest getting somebody to take a look at it and see if they can find anything.

This is often a bad capacitor inside the monitor.  I had this problem on a lot of monitors that came into my shop, it's a simple solder job most of the time, maybe $50 to fix if it is indeed a capacitor.  I saw this most often with Samsung monitors.
