I have noticed on the last few systems I have scanned I am getting an error with the CMOS Ram pattern test... Failed

What does this mean?
Is it common / normal?

Also, What does it mean when a system fails the RTC Alarms Section of the test?

Hello Shane,

I am sorry for the delayed response.  I see that you had submitted an email to tech support this past week (Thursday) regarding the same issue.  I have escalated the issue and will get you a response from the tech support team this morning.
