Title: JETperfect: Incomplete .usg file.
Post by: jetty on April 23, 2008, 08:14:10 am
On HP Computer after replacing the Hard disk drive and recovering I receive an error message when I attempt to start PC Doctor 5 for Windows.  The error message :

JETPerfect: Incomplete .usg file.  Extra usage list generated.

I have removed and reinstalled PC Doctor 5 but no luck.

Any help?

jetty,

Go to the hp website and download the latest version on PC-Doctor for your machine.  The new installer program will put new files on the system.

You should uninstall your existing version through add and remove programs before installing the latest version.
