Title: Multipurpose USB not detected
Post by: Jake_Dibb on January 09, 2015, 05:34:32 am
Hi,

I have just attempted to run the Multipurpose USB however it is not detected.

I attempted to restore the USB using the tool on the provided CD but it states that 'no USB is detected. Please insert USB' (or words to that effect).

The LED status is RED and AMBER on the physical dongle.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I'm sorry to say it, but it sounds like your USB device may have failed. Please submit a support ticket here (http://www.pc-doctor.com/support/support-request/), and we will look at getting you a replacement.

Thanks,
Kris

Hi Jake,

That would be me, it looks like I sent the authorization to your email address on January 12th. My guess is that my response probably got caught by your spam filter, but I will send it to you again via email as wells as a PM here on the forums.

Sorry for any trouble this may have caused.
Kris
